A company podcast is not advertising. It is a way to show how your people think, before a client even picks up the phone. In Vilnius, law firms, real estate brokers and organisations already make shows like this. In this guide, we explain why a business needs a podcast, which formats work and what it costs.
Why a business needs a podcast
- Trust. An hour of conversation shows expertise better than any advertising copy.
- Content. One episode gives you a YouTube video, an audio version, short clips and quotes for social media.
- Relationships. A client or partner you invite becomes part of the show, not just another contact on a list.
- Hiring. Candidates can see the people they would work with ahead of time.
Examples from our studio
Here are three shows recorded in our studio. You can find them all on our work page.
- "Nauji horizontai" (Sorainen). The law firm talks to company founders, executives and its own lawyers about how Baltic companies expand into foreign markets.
- "NT Be Grimo". Vilnius real estate brokers talk openly about the market. We produce, film and edit this show ourselves.
- "Be triukšmo" (Laisvės partija). The organisation talks to politicians and experts about Lithuanian politics and society.
Formats that work
- Conversations with clients and partners: their experience and your knowledge.
- An expert show: your specialists explain one topic per episode.
- A market overview: what changed over the month and what it means for clients.
- Stories: how a specific problem was solved.
How to start
- Define who the show is for: clients, partners or future employees.
- Choose a host who enjoys conversation. Job title matters less here than curiosity.
- Plan the first 6-8 episodes and record at least three before you publish the first one.
- Agree on a pace you can keep up: once every two weeks or once a month.
What it costs
At Record in Vilnius, the Full Podcast package with 2.5 hours of filming, an operator, editing and one Reel costs €400 + VAT per episode, so two episodes a month come to €800 + VAT. If you need help not only with filming but also with creating the show itself, we offer production, priced by agreement. All prices are in our price list.
How to measure the benefit
Views matter, but for a business podcast other signs often matter more: whether clients mention the show in meetings, whether candidates ask about it, whether guests share their episodes. Write down what you expect before the first episode, and compare after six months.
